​Our agency operates on a service-oriented model, specializing in curated International and Domestic tour packages. We generate value by bundling flights, accommodation, and local experiences into seamless itineraries. By leveraging industry partnerships, we provide competitive pricing and personalized support, ensuring a hassle-free, end-to-end travel experience for every client.

Payment Policy
The package can be booked by paying a40% token amountof the total cost.
Remaining60% must be paid on the 1st day of the tour; failing which services will be cancelled without
refund.
Alternatively, booking can be hold with¹5,000or25%, but40% must be paid within 1 monthof booking.
For 4-star and 5-star properties, 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
All payments must be completed as per the scheduled plan. Delays may result in tour cancellation or
services being withheld.
Advance payments can be adjusted against future bookings within 1 year if cancellation occurs due
to unavoidable circumstances.
If the guest does not clear the minimum 40% payment at least 10 days prior to the travel date, the
total package cost may increase by 10% to 40%, depending on the availability and revised rates of
hotels and transportation at the time of booking.
Any extra charges levied by the payment gateway or payment link will be charged additionally and
shall be payable by the guest over and above the total package cost.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation made30+ days before travel:40% of total booking value cancellation chargeapplies.
Cancellation made15 to 29 days before travel:70% of total booking value cancellation chargeapplies.
Cancellation made0 to 10 days before travel:100% of total booking value cancellation charge(No
refund).

Refund Policy
Token amount (40%) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
No refundfor missed meals, unused accommodation, transportation, or sightseeing.
No refunddue to weather issues, illness, strikes, roadblocks, or other uncontrollable factors.
No refundif remaining 60% payment is not made on time and services are cancelled.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within7–10 working daysto the original payment mode.
Any change of date or itinerary within 10 days of travelwill incur a¹2,000 handling fee per package.
All refund requests must be submittedin writing via email or WhatsAppwith booking reference.
Bank or transaction charges (if any) will bedeductedfrom the refund amount.
No refundshall be entertained if the hotel services do not meet personal expectations (case-to-case
basis).

Points to Note
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Hotel rooms will be allocated based on availability at check-in.
If the specified hotel in the package is unavailable or fully booked, an alternative property of a similar
category will be arranged to ensure a comfortable stay.
“Extra bed” refers to an extra mattress as per hotel policy.
Vehicle provided as per package (Sedan/Innova/Tempo Traveller). AC may not operate in hilly areas.
Guests must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar/Passport). For restricted areas (e.g., North East states,
Ladakh), permits require advance submission of documents.
Company is not responsible for delays/cancellations due to weather, strikes, roadblocks, natural
calamities, political issues, or government restrictions.
Standard hotel check-in / check-out varies by property. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to
availability and hotel rules.
Heater charges, if applicable, are extra and payable directly to the hotel.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation only after advance payment.
Unused items in the package are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
All disputes are subject toShimla jurisdiction only.
