• All transactions must be made in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.

3. Changes and Amendments

• Any changes or amendments to your booking, such as date changes or modifications to the itinerary, are subject to availability and applicable fees.
• If amendments are required after the booking has been confirmed, additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes.
• PTW Holidays will make every effort to accommodate requested changes but cannot guarantee the availability of alternatives.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, which will be provided during the booking process or upon request.
• Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms specified for each tour or service.
• Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [email protected], and will be processed within 5 business days after confirmation.
• Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Travel Documents

• It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and up to date for the entire duration of the trip.
• PTW Holidays is not liable for any travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations resulting from missing, incomplete, or expired travel documents.

6. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, delays, or lost luggage.
• PTW Holidays is not responsible for any personal injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the trip.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• PTW Holidays acts as an intermediary between the traveler and third-party service providers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, acts, or negligence by third-party service providers.
• PTW Holidays is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other force majeure events beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

• PTW Holidays will not be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performance due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government regulations, and labor disputes.

9. Conduct and Behavior

• PTW Holidays expects travelers to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner during tours. Any inappropriate behavior that endangers others or causes disruptions may result in termination of the service without a refund.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

• If you have any complaints regarding our services, please notify us as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.
• In the event of a dispute, PTW Holidays will work to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be governed by the laws of India.
